The Scoop: KJ And The Governor
You wouldn't exactly call them "Twins," but a fast friendship seems to be developing between to unlikely Sacramento celebrities - Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mayor Kevin Johnson.
The two men are spending a lot of time together - more than Arnold has spent with any local politician. In the three weeks after the election, Johnson and the governor met at least four times. They talked policy and made a couple of public appearances together.
It's too soon to say what the friendship will mean for Sacramento, but it can't hurt. Being buddies with the governor is a coveted position granted to very few people. Right now, the city of Sacramento needs all the friends it can get.
