July 11 - Daily Soaps Update

Here are the daily soap opera summaries for "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "As The World Turns," and "Guiding Light."
THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS
Just as Sharon, Jack, Nick and Phyllis are panicking over what to do for the next Restless Style cover, Victoria agrees to do it. Victoria is preparing to start shooting her cover for the magazine as Sabrina storms in yelling at Victoria in front of everyone. The two women start screaming at one another, while Nick stresses to Victoria their deadline. At Restless Style, Jack alters Adrian article on Sabrina to include the rumors about she and Phillipe. Amber continues to feel guilty about her night with Adrian when Daniel continues to support her with Phyllis. Amber starts to panic when she, Adrian and Daniel are looking at "Restless Amber". Jack explains to Amber that there isn't enough bandwidth to support launching "Restless Amber."
As Amber feels her life is falling apart, Adrian promises to keep their secret from everyone. However, Amber confesses to Daniel that she slept with someone else. As Neil, Karen, Devon, Lily and Tyra prepare Ana to sing at Indigo, Ana informs them that she doesn't want to sing. Karen talks to Ana about her own stage fright and gives Ana advice on how she overcame it. Ana closes her eyes and starts singing. Chloe watches Cane and Lily from the shadows. When the song is over, Karen is touched by Ana's gratitude.
At Indigo, Cane informs Lily that Chloe showed up and that he fired her from Jabot. David is surprised to see Skye at Brad's poker game. Later, David is winning big hands and Brad decides to stake Skye in order to beat David. While David is on a winning streak, he bets his entire pot and loses it all to Skye. Adam suggests to Victor that they make David's gambling problem public as a way to hinder the launch of Jabot's new green line. Victor orders Adam not to go ahead with his plan because it could hurt Nick and Victoria. Skye gives Adam her information on David. As she hangs up, she runs into a familiar face.
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL
Guests arrive at the Marone house for Nick and Bridget's garden wedding. Brooke's joyful demeanor takes a turn when Rick enters with Taylor. Donna and Jackie discover that they both have the same opinion about the pending nuptials but Jackie warns Donna not to disrupt the wedding in any way. After a conversation with Donna, Brooke gives Nick one last chance to profess his true feelings. Bridget shares tender moments with her mother and brother before the wedding. While helping Bridget get ready, Katie is surprised when Bridget informs her that the justice of the peace is there for Katie.
AS THE WORLD TURNS
Liberty tells Katie and Brad why Parker is ignoring her and Brad freaks out, hearing the news that Jack and Janet are an item. Brad finds them and argues with Jack over the supposed detrimental effect Jack and Janet's relationship is having over the family. At home, Brad and Katie decide that Janet needs to leave town and go to tell her they won't pay for her Lakeview room anymore. Janet calls Jack tearfully looking for Liberty and when he finds out what Brad and Katie have done, he invites her to live at Snyder Farm. Liberty, meanwhile, convinces Parker they can't let their parents stand in their way.
Carly is preparing herself to go to dinner with Neal at Lily's house when Holden turns up demanding that she cancel. Carly refuses, insisting that dating Neal will help the both of them move on. At Lily's, Neal is attentive and charming and Holden lets his jealousy get the best of him. Holden makes everyone uncomfortable by insulting Neal's polo hobbies. Carly and Neal leave while Holden explains to Lily his outburst was stress induced. Lily demands that Holden find Neal and apologize. Meanwhile, Neal suggests that Holden was acting jealous but Carly explains that Oakdale is a small town and everyone is involved in everyone else's business. Neal then offers Carly an escape in the form of a two-week trip to Paris with him. Holden enters to apologize and is disheartened to learn of the trip to Paris.
GUIDING LIGHT
Reva calls Josh a coward for trying to shut down the movie. Reva tells Cassie that Grady was picked up on drug charges and that Josh is trying to get the movie shut down. Reva decides to go bother Josh and tell him to stop being a moron about the movie. Jeffrey watches the Reva-death-scene DVD. Josh tells Reva watching scenes from the movie is like torture and that he hates it. Reva calls him a liar-he loves it.
Cassie forces cheeriness when she sees Josh hasn't arrived at their couple's therapy appointment yet. Josh arrives and they argue about what time the appointment was but quickly feel sheepish. Josh learns that Cassie feels pressured because Josh chose her over Reva when Reva was dying. Cassie and Josh both say they were glad they went to therapy and really want things to work, but we don't quite believe them.
Ava hears Bill talking to the baby and they feel Max kick as they get ready to meet with the governor. Bill's impressed that Ava's read up on the governor's wife's interests. Remy learns Ava had been in the hospital, as Lizzie packs her bag for the cabin. The governor tells Bill he'd be an ideal successor. Lillian tells Bill not to hurt her granddaughter, and then calls Lizzie and simply says "Don't do it." Lizzie listens to her grandmother's words as she looks at her packed bag. Jeffrey realizes that Remy has feelings for Ava and vice versa. Remy and Ava spend some time together. Lizzie crumples up the picture of the cabin and throws it away, then grabs her bag and leaves. Bill calls the realtor and says he's going to take a look at the place right now, and finds Lizzie at the cabin.
