Forbes.com has come up with the list of the most miserable cities in
America. How did they decide? Forbes took unemployment rate and
personal tax rates and added in commute times, weather, crime and that
toxic waste dump in your backyard. They looked at the 150 largest
cities in the country, added up all the rankings and viola!!...misery.
