Better Body: Primetime Boxing


SACRAMENTO (CBS 13) ― If you've got a little aggression to get out, and you want a hot body at the same time, Lisa Gonzales has the workout for you in this Better Body.

If you've got the eye of the tiger, and your bored of the same old gym workouts. Then boxing camp might be for you!

"I love boxing I love this place it just energizes me," says DeAnne Brining.

Brining is a mother of four in her forties, but you couldn't tell by the way she works a jump rope.

"It's grueling, it's fun, it's exciting, sometimes I think I'm going to die - it's great," she says.

It's only a forty five minute class, but don't let that fool you.

"People will come in say only 45 minute class but then after workout, it's an intense workout," she says.

This isn't your average cardio boxing aerobics class, this is real boxing, in a real boxing ring, you can take classes in a group or individually.

With only 30 second breaks in between two minute rounds, you get all over body conditioning.
