Better Body: Lose That Baby Weight

SACRAMENTO (CBS 13) ―
If you're having a hard time trying to lose that post baby weight but are finding it hard to get to the gym, CBS 13 has the answer for you and your baby. All you need is a stroller.
It may look like a pre-school, but it's not. It's not jut a walk in the park either. It's called stroller strides, an hour long cardio and strength training workout for moms and their kids.
"It's great because she can come with me she loves being outside with with other babies it lets me get to workout. She's not a fan of the gym and daycare, it's a good alternative for us," says new mom Amber Fogelman.
After giving birth to her daughter, Fogelman had a tough time losing her pregnancy weight, until she found stroller strides, so far she has lost 20 pounds.
"It's no just 'chit-chat' my husband likes to stay, going for a stroll with the ladies, we're not strolling we're actually working out," says Fogelman.
It's not only a great postpartum workout, it's also great for prenatal, so if you're a mom to be, it can really help you out, especially if you're having a lot of nausea.
The workouts are also designed to involve the kids because as they say, if baby is happy - mom is happy.
