Sacramento resident Kathy Johancen has a secret when it comes to finding deals on jewelry.
"For $6, $5 and 99 cents, you can fashion silver jewelry that has stones in them and that's all you pay is $5.99," said Johancen.
She's been using the web site Silverjewelryclub.com for years and loves to give gifts to her 4-year-old granddaughter, Jocelyn.

We found a pair of earrings that retail for $59. The price is free except for $5.99 for shipping and handling.
How does it work?
"It's a promotion that we're doing for our company. Basically we are using the sampling jewelry where customers can try out the jewelry, see the quality," said Amit Vora, Marketing Director, Silverjewelryclub.com. "It kind of glues the customer to the website because they're not sure what will appear next."
It's gotten Kathy and her entire family hooked.
"It's a deal, how can you pass up a deal? You know and you save so much money this way," said Johancen.
Just for one of the jewelry items you could save about $53.
