Save With Dave: Save Big With Veterans Discounts
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ―
Restaurants aren't the only ones honoring our veterans, but two bigger retailers along with a Southern California theme park. It's something the whole family can enjoy.
For the entire month of November, Knott's Berry Farm is paying tribute to our military, past and present. Military members and one guest can get free admission with a military ID.
If you want to bring the whole family, you can buy six additional tickets for just $15 each. That's almost $38 off the regular price of $52.99.
Need to fix up your home? Home Depot is offering military members and their families a ten percent off their purchases from now until Veteran's Day, November 11th. The offer is good on purchase up to $2000 for a maximum discount of $200.
And Lowe's has a similar deal; military members and their immediate family members get a ten percent discount on in-store purchases from now until this Sunday, November 15th. The discount is available on in-stock and special order purchases up to $5000, with a maximum discount of $500. Also the deal is not valid for online purchases, only in-store.
And don't forget your military ID for all these discounts.
If you were to take advantage of all the discounts mentioned, you would save a whopping $1033.92.
