Do I Need A Converter? Yes

YES, you need a Digital TV Converter box since you receive your TV over the air and do not have a digital TV ready set.

There are four ways to request a Converter Box coupon:
1. Apply Online (click here to apply)
2. Call the 24-hour hotline 1-888-DTV-2009. Hearing-impaired consumers can use the TTY service by calling: 1-877-530-2634 (English/TTY) or 1-866-495-1161 (Spanish/TTY)
3.  Mail a coupon application to: PO Box 2000, Portland, OR  97208-2000  (click here to download a Coupon Application)
4.  Fax a coupon application to 1-877-DTV-4ME2.
