RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) ― Rancho Cordova is getting a jump-start on their Fourth of July festivities with the first fireworks show tonight.

A member of the Budweiser Clydesdales trotted into city hall yesterday, receiving a key to the city. The horse troupe will lead the Independence Day Parade.

The city is stepping up security after police in riot gear had to stop a brawl in Hagan Park last year.
