Chicken and Prosciutto Tortellini
Chicken and Prosciutto Tortellini

Ingredients:
1 oz garlic
1 oz shallots
1 oz olive oil
1 oz white wine
4 oz grilled chicken
2 oz prosciutto
Pinch of fresh basil
Pinch of fresh oregano
Pinch of fresh thyme
4 oz Alfredo sauce
1 oz butter
1 oz asiago
6 oz tortellini
Salt & pepper
Parsley
Drop tortellini in boiling water. Cook for 1, to 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and shallots and brown slightly. Add chicken. Deglaze with white win. Add prosciutto and Alfredo sauce. Add herbs, and season mixture with salt and pepper. Add the cooked tortellini. Finish the sauce with the half of the asiago, and the butter. Toss.
Place in a bowl and garnish with the remaining asiago and the parsley.
