Shiva Laloo's S'mores-n-Spice

INGREDIENTS:

1 pint Laloo's Capaccino Goat Milk Ice Cream
1 package cinnamon coated graham crackers
1 jar Tiny Trapeze Marshmallow Creme
3/4 cup whipping cream
5 ounces Scharffen Berger 70% Cacao Bittersweet (not unsweetened) chocolate, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Mexican ancho chile powder
1/4 teaspoon Chipotle chile powder

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Bring cream to simmer in heavy small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat. Add chocolate. Stif until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  3. Add in both ancho chile powder and chipotle chile powder, mix until blended. (Sauce can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refigerate chocolate sauce. Reheat sauce over medium-low before using.)
  4. Cover graham cracker with marshmallow creme and a scoop of Capaccino goat milk ice cream and drizzle with warmed chocolate sauce and top with cinnamon graham cracker.
