Pasta Jalisco & Salsa Oregano

Pasta Jalisco

Ingredients for 2 people:


1/2  pounds of spaghetti
Already boiled & ready to go 4oz of Corn Kernels (canned or fresh grilled is optional) 
4 oz of Carnitas OR Your Favorite Meat already cooked
2 oz of chopped cilantro
2 oz of Queso Fresco
2 oz of Sour cream (optional quantity & option addition)  
(If you like spicy food, Add fresh Jalapenos or grilled Jalapenos)    

Salsa Oregano 
 
8 oz of Whole Plum Tomatoes
2 oz of Yellow Onions
1 Oz of Oregano
1 Oz of Garlic
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
2 oz of beer (any Mexican bottled beer would do)  

Serving Ideas:  Serve with a side Ceasar & a Modelo Special Beer.
