1 tbsp sliced garlic

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped basil

2 tbsp butter

1 oz andouille sausage

1 oz chopped tomato

salt and pepper to taste

 

Polenta

1/4 cup polenta

1 cup water

1/2 cup cream

1 tbsp butter

salt and peppr to taste
