Buca di Beppo Meatballs

MEATBALLS from Buca di Beppo

Ground Beef                 1 ½ pound

Romano cheese            ¼ cup

Bread crumbs               ¼ cup

Whole eggs                  2

Chopped garlic             1 ½ ounces

Salt                               1 teaspoon

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Divide into three equal portions and shape into meatballs.  Slow cook with marinara sauce in large sauté pan until done (approximately 1 ½ hour).
