Irish Drink Recipes
from Vientos Mexican Grill & Bar
Shamrock Shooter
Equal parts of White Creme de Cocoa, Green Creme de Menthe, and Bailey's Irish Creme. Layered.
Green Hornet
2 oz of Brandy, and 1 oz of Green Creme de Menthe. Shaken and strained.
Blarney Stone
2 oz Irish Whiskey, 1/2 oz of Anisette, 1/2 oz of Triple Sec, dash of grenadine, dash of bitters. Shaken with ice, strained into a martini glass, garnished with a cherry.
Irish Coffee
2 oz of Irish whiskey and coffee. Topped with whipped cream if desired.
Bailey's Irish Coffee.
2 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream and coffee. Topped with whipped cream if desired.
Mint Delight 3 scoops Mint Chocolat Chip Ice Cream, 2 oz Baileys Irish Creme, Milk. Blended.

Fuzzy Irishman
2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme, 1 oz Raspberry liquer, 1 oz Butterschotch schnapps. Poured over ice, shaken and strained into chilled martini glass.
