Greek-Style Chicken Salad from Weight Watchers

Serves 4
5 points each
¾ cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups diced roasted chicken breast
3 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and died
½ cup chopped red onion,
8 pitted kalamata olives,
½ cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese
To make the dressing, whisk together the yogurt, mint, dill, lemon zest and juice, garlic, and oil in a small bowl.
Toss together the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a serving bowl. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the olives and feta.
