INGREDIENTS:one slice of vealone slice of procuitto cotto(American Ham)1/4 of a wedge of Romano cheese1 pinch of pepper1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley1 basil leaf
Roll and stick with toothpicks. Saute in a half cup olive oil, 1/4 of an onion chopped, 1/2 glass white wine and 1/2 of a large can of tomato sauce.
Spinach2 lbs spinach chopped2 chopped garlic cloves2 tablespoon olive oilpinch of saltpinch of pepper
Mix in pan and saute.
