Decadent White Chocolate Blondies

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz Butter
8 oz White Chocolate
4 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
14 oz Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz Flour

DIRECTIONS:

1. Melt the butter and chocolate, set on the side.
2. Whip eggs, salt and half of the sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
4, Add the dry ingredients, but take care not over mix.
5. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown and set.
