Chicken With Fruit Salsa

Serves 4
Weight Watchers Points 4 or Core
INGREDIENTS:
4 (¼ -pound skinless, boneless chicken-breast halves)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cumin
4 cups fresh fruit (such as oranges, strawberries, blueberries, seedless grapes, and watermelon)
¼ cup chopped red onion
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Method:
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with teaspoon of the salt and the cumin. Spray a grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add the chicken; cook until cooked through, 5-6 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, to make the salsa, combine the fruit, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and the remaining ¼ teaspoon of the salt in a bowl.
Serve the chicken with the salsa on the side.
