Laloo's Deep Chocolate & Guinness Float

INGREDIENTS:
2 generous scoops Laloo's Deep Chocolate Ice Cream
2 tbsp Ghirardelli Chocolate Fudge sauce
5 oz Guinness beer

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Put half of the stout in a tall, cold mug; add syrup and mix.
  2. Float ice cream on top of mixture and fill with remaining Guinness making sure to create some foam on top.
