Regal Dates

Regal Dates   20 Strips of Pre Cooked Bacon 20 Jumbo Dates, Pitted 20 1/2 slices of Fresh Mozzarella or Blue Cheese   Using a cooking shear carefully cut one side of the date and gently open.  Stuff your cheese inside and close, the sugar in the date makes it sticky and it will easily stay together.  Using one bacon strip wrap it around the stuffed date and place in a dish.  Once all assembled heat a non stick frying pan on medium and lightly brown the Regal Dates on all sides until the cheese starts to melt and the bacon is golden brown.  These can be made the day before and stored in a air tight container in your refrigerator until needed.  Serves 3 to 4.     Bake Sense Inc.
