Cocoa Nib Shortbread

Cocoa Nib Short Bread

 

2T         sugar

2T         brown sugar

2T         10x

1/4t.      Salt

1/3c.      cocoa nibs

1 1/4c.   butter

2.5c.      flour

 

Method:   Lightly cream sugars and soft butter. Add flour , salt and nibs until just combine.  Roll into logs about 1-2" in diameter, wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Slice logs into ¼" circles. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden about 5-7 minutes.
