Leftovers in pastry dough
2-8x8 sheet of puff dough
2 eggs whisked
49 pieces of scraps of roast beef
¼ cup mashed potatoes (or stuffing, diced potatoes, ect
)
¼ cup left over gravy
Brush 2 sheets puff dough with egg wash
Poke several holes with a fork thru out the dough
Place the beef one inch apart on one sheet of puff dough
Top the potatoes on the beef
Finish with a drizzle of gravy on the beef and potatoes
Poke holes in the 2nd sheet of puff dough (on the brushed side)
Flip the 2nd sheet onto the 1st sheet of puff dough to sandwich the beef and potatoes together
Run your hands along the sides of the filling to seal edges
With a pasta cutter or cookie cutter you will cut out the mixture into little ravioli shaped pastries. Brush the remanding egg onto each piece
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until golden brown about 10 to 15 minutes
