INGREDIENTS: Chicken Breast (pounded to even thickness)Kosher salt and Fresh ground black pepperFresh bread crumbsSeasoned flourEgg wash (2 eggs beaten)Dried herb mix (thyme, basil, parsley)½ cup heavy whipping cream2 TBSP butter melted1 ounce brandyOlive oil to coat pan1 garlic clove minced.
Directions: Dredge chicken in flour, then egg, Combine dried herbs and bread crumbs and dredge chicken in this after the egg mixture. Place in hot pan, brown on Medium high till done.
For Sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add cream and boil. Add garlic and reduce 50%. Add brandy and reduce another 50%. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over chicken with your choice of sides. We recommend garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
