Firery Red Hot Baby Back Ribs
Firery Red Hot Baby Back Ribs & Purple Pop'n Potato Salad With Corn
Firey Red Hot Baby Back Ribs Ingredients-
1 slab of pork ribs
1 cup of red hot sauce
salt and pepper
2 tbl. sp. of minced garlic
Instructions-
Bar-b-que the ribs for approximately 1-2 hours or more, just until the meat gently falls off the bone. Apply the hot sauce throughout this process.
Purple Pop'n Potato Salad Ingredients-
1 pound of purple potatoes, cooked through and chilled, cut into quarters
1 cup of white corn
1 cup of cooked bacon, minced
1 cup of bleu cheese
1 cup of mayo
2 cups of arugula
Instructions-
Combine all ingredients. Ready to serve with ribs--perfect 4th of July food!
