Frivolo Soaked Berries With Balsamic Syrup

From Vino Noceto Restaurant.

INGREDIENTS: 

8 cups of fresh mixed, strawberry, raspberry, 
blueberries and blackberries

2 cups of Noceto "Frivolo" (semi~ sparkling Muscato)

1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar

2 teaspoons of Caster/Superfine Sugar

Good quality Biscotti

DIRECTIONS: 

1. Combine the berries with the Frivolo in a large
    bowl, gently toss and set in refrigerator. Lightly
    chill.

2. In a small saucepan on low-medium heat, add the
    balsamic vinegar and whisk in the Sugar til
    dissolved.

3. Take off heat and place inside the refrigerator to
    cool.

4. Take Berry mixture out of refrigerator and carefully
    scoop out into serving bowls or parfait goblets.

5. Remove the Balsamic Syrup from the fridge and
    drizzle over the berry mixture.

6. For an extra treat, you may also top this off with
    some whipped cream or with Mascarpone cream*
    and serve with Biscotti.

Mascarpone Cream recipe*

INGREDIENTS: 

4 ounces  mascarpone cheese (chilled)

3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons Frivolo Muscato (chilled)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine the above ingredients in a medium/large
    mixing bowl and beat until soft peaks form. Serve
    immediately.
