Grilled Chicken Asparagus & Goat Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients:
1 package 3" Ravioli Wrappers  (Store Bought)
8 ounces Grilled Chicken Breast  (Shredded)
3 ounces Soft Goat Cheese
8 pieces Asparagus (Blanched)
2 cup Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
½ cup Dry White Wine
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions:
1. Mix chicken & goat cheese together to form a filling. Finely dice ½ of the asparagus and add to the filling.
2. Place one Tablespoon of the mixture in the center of the ravioli wrapper, using water to seal the edges, place another wrapper on top to make a ravioli. Seal edges with fork, careful not to puncture a hole in the dough.
3. Add olive oil & garlic to a hot sautee pan, add wine & reduce by half, add the cream and cook until thick.
4. Using a two quart saucepan boil water and cook ravioli until tender, around 2-3 minutes, pour sauce over ravioli & garnish with asparagus.
