Fettuccine & Prawns W/Cream Sauce & Bell Peppers
First you would make the pesto.
1 Cup Callibrean chilies
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup toasted pine nuts
½ cup pure olive oil
Combine first three ingredients in food processor and pulse until somewhat smooth.
Then slowly add oil while machine is running.
Thinly slice 1 each of red, green and yellow bell peppers and ½ red onion.
10 prawns the size of your choice.
1 cup of cream.
Cooked fresh fettuccine.
Start with hot sautee pan and add a bit of oil to coat the pan.
Add bell peppers and onions and cook for about 1 minute.
Then add the prawns and cook until almost done. 3 minutes.
Add about a tablespoon and ½ of the pesto and the 1 cup cream and stir until well combined.
Let this go until a bit thick and the prawns are fully cooked.
Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat completely.
