Chili de Camaron from Tres Agaves
Tres Agaves is spicing things up with this shrimp recipe!

Tres Agaves Aguas Chili de Camaron
18 oz small shrimp deveined cleaned and split lengthwise
3 oz red onion minced
1 large tomato seeded and small diced
1 avocado Small dice
1 medium size cucumber peeled and small diced
1+1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 Serrano chili stem cut off
1 clove garlic
3 oz cilantro chopped salt to taste
In a blender add lime juice, garlic, Serrano chili and blend til smooth set aside in a medium sized mixing bowl place shrimp, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and tomato season with salt then toss in the cilantro poor the lime juice mixture into the mixing bowl and mix well. Serve immediately. Goes well with blanco tequila , cold beer and saltine crackers or tortilla chips
