It appears as though the most significant news of last night was not the President's State Of The Union Address, but rather the face-off between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
The tension in the air was thick before President Bush even began his speech. Despite the fact that they entered just a few feet from one another, Clinton and Obama managed not to acknowledge one another's presence.
With Ted Kennedy's formal endorsement of Obama yesterday, the Clinton campaign suffered a loss. They had lobbied hard for Kennedy's endorsement and now Clinton has all the more reason to dislike her opponent.
