Question: The State has mentioned to delay our tax return this year. Our property tax is due in April. In the past, we usually waited for our tax return to pay for the property tax. Can we delay our property tax this year without penalty?

Answer: As of now, the County of Sacramento has not changed their policy on the payment of property taxes, and the ability of delaying your payment due to the state's fiscal issues.
