Mom's World: Little Gym

SACRAMENTO (CBS) ― It's called, "Little Gym" and I'm telling you, it's tough keeping the big kids like myself from playing on all the colorful gymnastic equipment.  This place helps children with their motor skills, self confidence, coordination and balance.

This is a new facility in Folsom right off of Clarksville Road  near the Home Depot on Bidwell.  There are programs for children from several months old  to 12-year-olds. 

There is an organized play session that involves musical instruments, bubbles, songs and more.  Then, there is  an exploration part where the kids can tumble, swing, hang on the uneven bars, walk across the balance beam and have fun.  Parents get to interact and enjoy playing with their kids.  For more information you can call: (916) 984-4600 or you can go to their website: www.tlgfolsomca.com
