(9/18/07) Mom's Fashion Show, Kids Parties

Looking good while exercising is tough! Looking good while pregnant some say is impossible! Cathy Conners is trying to change that. She has come up with a stylish workout fashion line for moms-to-be and post partum moms. We had four moms walk the "cat walk" at McKinley Park in Sacramento this morning. The moms looked great! The outfits were practical and stylish enough that I would even wear them and I'm "not" pregnant.

I love yummy yogurt! What better place to throw your kids birthday party than at Big Spoon Yogurt? The kids can build their own sundaes with sweet toppings. We gave some birthday party strategies for parents with the help from Barbara Hennelly from Kidaround Town Magazine. Bottom line: you don't have to go overboard for your child's special day. Remember, less is more. I found it interesting that at Big Spoon you can throw a birthday for eight kids for under $40.
