Fire Near Williams Extinguished

WILLIAMS, Calif. (CBS13) ― A grass fire that was threatening structures near Highway 20 in Williams has been extinguished, according to authorities.

The blaze broke out Tuesday afternoon near Husted Road near Highway 20 and threatened two structures nearby.

Fire crews were able to contain the blaze to 10 acres and prevent any damage to nearby buildings.
