Homeowner Shoots Suspected Thief Three Times

RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) ― A Rancho Cordova man took matters into his own hands when a would-be robber kicked down his front door.

Sacramento County deputies say the suspect was shot three times by the 26-year-old homeowner. 

A Sheriff's spokesman says at this point the homeowner will not face charges for defending himself and his wife.
