Four Shot, Including Toddler, In Drive-By Shooting

VALLEJO (CBS) ― Four people have been injured in a Vallejo drive-by shooting, including a two-year-old toddler that is now fighting for his life.

The shooting took place on the 1500 block of Lorenzo Street on Wednesday afternoon, when a man on a "ninja-style" motorcycle drove up to a house and fired into a group of men, according to Vallejo Police Lt. Eric Mortenson.

Four people were wounded, including the two-year-old toddler. The boy was airlifted to Oakland Children's Hospital for treatment.

The toddler's condition is said to be poor.

The motorcyclist is described as an African-American male wearing a dark leather jacket who used a .44-caliber handgun. Police are still investigating and interviewing witnesses.
