Mother, Daughter Charged In Deadly Shooting

A mother and daughter are the latest suspects to be charged in a gang-related shooting at a Tracy restaurant that left one man dead and injured six others.
Nineteen-year-old Julissa Martinez and her 45-year-old mother, Natalie Martinez, were arraigned Tuesday on charges of street terrorism and being an accessory to a felony after the fact. They did not enter a plea.
The women are among seven people charged in the Oct. 10 shooting at Amore's restaurant that killed Naim Bey.
Police say Michael Mau was the shooter and began firing randomly into the restaurant-turned-nightclub after being thrown out for fighting.
Authorities have not explained the Martinezes' alleged role, but the pair are related to another suspect in the case.
