13-Year-Old Boy Accused Of Attempted Murder

WILLIAMS (CBS13) ― Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy in the town of Williams and charged him with trying to murder another teen with a ballpoint pen.

The two teens reportedly got into a fight Saturday night, according to police. The younger boy allegedly grabbed a ballpoint pen and stabbed the older boy, who was only 14 years old.

The fight happened the day before the accused boy's 13th birthday.

The suspect, whose identity has not been released, has been charged with suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
