Man Shot, Killed In Convenience Store Parking Lot

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ―

A 29-year-old man was killed in a car to car shooting in a convenience store parking lot Monday night.

Sheriff's deputies say it was around 8:00 last night when a car carrying three men and a woman pulled into the parking lot of the Liqueur and Lotto store on Marconi Avenue.

At the same time, a red car carrying three men was pulling out of the parking lot.  Deputies say that's when one of the men opened fire on the victim's car.

At this point, investigators don't know what sparked the shooting and don't have descriptions of the three suspects.
