K9 Officer Captures Radio Shack Burglary Suspect
CARMICHAEL (CBS13) ―
Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies are investigating an attempted burglary at a Carmichael electronics store.
It's happening on Manzanita Avenue. Deputies says the suspect apparently broke into a cleaner next-door and kicked a hole through the wall to a Radio Shack. Deputies entered the Radio Shack as the suspect was allegedly still inside trying to steal electronics.
They say the suspect ran back through the hole in the wall into the dry cleaning store, kicked out a window then ran.
Deputies caught up with the suspect at a nearby apartment complex.
He was bit by a deputy K9 and arrested.
