Pit Bull Terrorizes Neighborhood, Attacks Dogs
CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) ―
A pit bull terrorized a local neighborhood, frightening children and attacking other dogs. A camera caught the aftermath of the attack as neighbors worked frantically to capture and restrain the animal.
It happened in Citrus Heights and the video shows the exhausted dog being held down by three adult men, its muzzle wrapped in rope.
Neighbors say the pit bull came out of no where and started terrorizing everything in sight.
At least two small dogs needed medical attention after the attack. No people were hurt.
The dog was taken away by Sacramento Animal Control officers. So far, nobody has come forward to claim ownership of the animal.
