A guide dog puppy-in-training who had gone missing in Placer County has been found safe and sound.

Ingeborg is a one-year-old, female yellow labrador retriever. She was last seen near Rocklin and Barton Roads on Sunday in Loomis. She was found safe Tuesday morning.

Although Ingeborg is still a puppy, she looks like an adult dog.

Ingeborg is being raised by a volunteer puppy raising family in Loomis.

The puppy raiser families teach puppies, like Ingeborg, to have excellent house manners and socialize them to the world by introducing them to new people, places and experiences.
