Parent Says Needle Was In Halloween Candy Bag
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) ―
Police are investigating a report from a parent who says a hypodermic needle was found inside their child's Halloween candy bag.
The Roseville Police Department says the parent told them that they found the needle still in its wrapper and apparently unused when they searched their child's candy after a night of trick-or-treating on Halloween.
The child had been trick-or-treating on Mt. Tamalpais Drive.
Investigators say the report of the needle is the only one the Roseville Police Department has received.
