Elk Grove police have arrested four people in connection with a large marijuana growing operation inside several Elk Grove homes.

Officers from the Street Crimes Unit of the Elk Grove police served search warrants at six homes yesterday. Detectives found indoor growing operations at several of the homes netting more than 1,400 plants.

Officers arrested Robert Le, Tri Quang Trinh, Tuan Tran and Son Le of charges of growing marijuana, theft of utility services and conspiracy. All four are being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail.
