Capital Cigar Shop Bans Governor Schwarzenegger

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― A Sacramento business owner is banning Governor Schwarzenegger from his shop and letting the governor know where he can put his signature stogie.

"Tower Pipes and Cigars" owner, Mark Just, says he doesn't want the governor in his store because Schwarzenegger supported a health care bill that would have raised tobacco taxes.

Just has since put up signs letting everyone know the governor is not welcome

The heath care bill Schwarzenegger supported eventually died in the senate.
