Man Arrested For Using Cell Phone To Peep At Women

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ―
Police say they caught a registered sex offender using his camera phone to peek at a woman inside a Sacramento store. Now another woman tells cbs 13 the same thing happened to her at the same store!
"This is the same guy? I'm 105% the guy, there is no doubt that is him. He was so close in my face that, that is engrained."
Shana Beals tells us how 41-year-old William Bozeman allegedly tried to take pictures of her backside using his cell phone as she walked through the 99-cents store in on el Camino in Sacramento.
"So I turned around and he was just literally a foot or two behind me with his cell phone. And I confronted him and he just freaked out," says Beals.
She says Bozeman started screaming and yelling.
"And then he was like what are you going to do? I'm not taking a picture of you. And he was waving it around. And I said yes you are you're in picture mode as we're speaking."
He apparently ran out the store and disappeared. That was in March.
During our six o'clock news we mentioned Bozeman being captured just this week for the same crime.
"I still think about it to this day. So when I saw him on TV I could believe it."
Police say he was in the same 99 cents store today trying to slide his cell phone under the skirt of another victim.
She too confronted him, but the time them store clerk Cynthia Franco heard the commotion and wrote down his plate number.
"Because she ran outside. she was shaking so I said let me write down his license plate."
The police were called and Bozeman was arrested at home.
