Two Alleged Car Burglars Busted In West Sacramento

WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) ― Two accused car burglars are under arrest and West Sacramento police are looking for one more after a spree of break-ins overnight.

Four to five cars were hit in the area surrounding Meadowlark Circle near Jefferson and Higgins Road.
 
West Sacramento police say they spotted the suspects trying to drive away. When officers pulled them over, one guy jumped out and ran, two others hid in the backseat and were arrested.

The suspects were apparently targeting GPS systems and car stereos.
All property was returned to the victims.

At one point, police thought they saw the third suspect hiding on top of a playstructure but lost track of him.
