Restraining Order Issued Against School Bully

OLIVEHURST, Calif. (CBS13) ―
A student in the Marysville Joint Unified School District has been bullied to such an extent that a judge issued a restraining order against the alleged tormentor.
School officials at the Yuba Gardens Intermediate School in Olivehurst refused to comment on what led up to the court order, and the victim's parents were tight-lipped as well when CBS13 asked for comment on Tuesday.
A source confirmed to CBS13 that the mother of the victim had the courts issue a temporary restraining order against one of her daughter's classmates after she was allegedly attacked and threatened on campus last week. Both children are 13.
One parent, who did not wish to be identified, said the victim was on her way to class when another girl walked up to her and punched her in the face, grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground. The alleged aggressor then threatened the girl with more violence through MySpace, according to the unidentified parent.
The restraining order states the accused child must stay at least five yards away from the alleged victim.
The school superintendent never returned CBS13's calls for comment.
