Woman Arrested For Stealing Diapers And Beer

ELK GROVE (CBS13) ― Elk Grove Police arrested a woman for a brazen theft of diapers and beer.

Police say Judith LaBarbera walked out of the Bel Air Market on Elk Grove Florin Boulevard with a shopping cart loaded with baby diapers and two cases of beer worth more than $170.

Police say LaBarbera admitted she took the items. They also say she was on probation at the time and had 13 prior arrests for theft.
