Massive Pot Garden Found In Bargain Store Basement
WILLOWS (AP) ―
Glenn County narcotics officers are searching for the operator of a bargain store in Willows after nearly 1,300 marijuana plants were found growing in the basement.
A search warrant uncovered the elaborate indoor garden in the 99 Cents with Value store in the rural community north of Sacramento.
Police say they were led to the store by the strong smell of pot.
